The drop becomes a trickle!

I’m buzzing right now – not only have we just had an awesome conference with Sharon and Trevor Baker but we’ve just had 10 people fill in cards for healing on Sunday – that makes 20 in 3 weeks! I can hardly believe this is happening. One lady who was healed on Sunday was healed by God working through an 8 year old boy – her grandson! She had had neck paid since she was 18 years old following a riding accident. The boy happened to be there and was asked if he wanted to pray. Instead of the usual 8 year old prayer (Jesus heal my grandma) he started rebuking the pain ‘pain go in Jesus name!’ Everyone was surprised – but she was healed and was able to turn her neck in an way she hadn’t since the accident!

I’ve been longing for this for so long it feels a little like a dream. Praise God – and only 4 days til PJ and I head to Bethel!

We got one!

Great news today – we’ve got our first healing on the streets for 2008! I’m sure Tabo Huntley will share the story at church soon but last night he was travelling home on the train and talking to a woman in the seat next to him. After some time she began to talk about the constant neck pain that she was in – headaches & nausea – that was making her life a misery. Tabo offered to pray and asked her to put her hands on her neck. She did so and he prayed a simple prayer. She them began to thank him for ‘being sweet’ – but he encouraged her to test out her neck. Amazed she reported that almost all the pain was gone! On getting off the train she introduced Tabo to her partner as ‘this man just healed my neck’. She didn’t quite get it that Jesus had done it – but maybe that will sink in later. Praise God! We’ve broken the duck for the year – here’s to more!!!
